Life Story for Evelyn Pritchard

Evelyn Pritchard was born on April 13th, 1942 in Spy Hill, Saskatchewan. She left to be with the Lord on May 9th, 2017 at 75 years of age.
She was employed at Cosmopolitan Industries for 21 years where she received a certificate for her services.
Evelyn was a kind, caring, lovable person with a childlike personality. She loved to read her favorite book, “The Three Little Pigs”. Psalm 23 was her favorite quote, “The Lord is my Shepherd”.
Evelyn’s favorite things were horses, shoes, she loved the winter, ER the show, cats, dogs, and coloring crafts. Her bedroom was taken over by all of her teddy bears. Played horse shoes, her favorite colour was red, her favorite month was April because it was her birthday. She loved her hair and being clean. She also loved to listen to Johnny Cash.
She was sociable, was beautiful inside and out and she was always happy to have her family visit her. She brought joy and comfort to all of us. She was good with her money, good with animals, she loved swimming, she loved hugs and kisses and she had a great smile which touched your heart. She wouldn’t let you go once she had a hold of you.
God took another Rose from our garden. She touched our lives in so many ways.
She will never be forgotten, her spirit will always be alive. This isn’t a good-bye Evelyn, until we meet again.
She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
So my dear Evelyn until we meet again. We love you and miss you. BB

A Funeral Service was held on Monday, May 15th 2017 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bailey’s Funeral Home in Yorkton, Saskatchewan with Pastor Rick Flamont of Grace River Mission officiating. The hymns played were “Amazing Grace”and “I’ll Fly Away”. Evelyn’s loving family served as casket bearers. The Interment took place in the Yorkton City Cemetery.
